Konferensi Pers Penembakan WNA di Villa Palm House Tiga Pelaku diamankan Satu Masih DPO

Thomson News – Kabid Humas Polda Bali Kombes Pol Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, SIK. MH. didampingi Katim Lidik sidik Dittipidum Bareskrim Mabes Polri Kombes Pol Whisnu Caraka, SIK dan Kapolres Badung AKBP Teguh Priyo Wasono, SIK, serta Imigrasi Ngurah Rai Gilang, menggelar konferensi pers, Selasa (30/1) di Lobby Mapolres Badung. Konferensi Pers terkait pengungkapan kasus tindak pidana Penembakan terhadap WNA di Villa Palm House Br. Pempatan Desa Tumbak Bayuh Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung, Bali.

Kombes Pol Jansen menerangkan, kronologis bahwa telah terjadi dugaan tindak pidana percobaan pembunuhan berencana dan atau perampasan/pencurian dengan kekerasan pada hari selasa 23 Januari 2024 sekira pukul 01.18 Wita, bertempat di Villa The Palm House no 64 Tumbakbayuh, Kec. Mengwi, Kab. Badung. Berdasarkan Laporan Polisi Model BNomorLP/B/15/I/2024/SPKT/POLRESBADUNG/POLDABALI, tanggal 23 Januari 2024, keterangan para saksi dan para pelaku yang berjumlah 4 orang, melakukan penyerangan dengan cara menembak menggunakan senjata api kepada penghuni Villa 1 Palm House, yang saat itu ditempati oleh 4 orang WNA.

Dalam menjalankan aksi kejahatan salah satu pelaku terlebih dahulu melakukan penyerangan dengan menyandera dan menodongkan senjata api kepada salah satu security Villa atas nama I Made Sutana, selanjutnya 3 orang pelaku lainnya menerobos masuk ke dalam Villa dan melakukan penembakan menggunakan senjata api kepada penghuni villa.

Atas kejadian tersebut terdapat 1 orang korban yang terkena luka akibat tembakan senjata api, bernama Turan Mehmet (41) asal Turki sedangkan penghuni lainnya berhasil menyelamatkan diri, Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa uang tunai salah satu penghuni Villa bernama Turan Muhammat Enes sejumlah Rp. 30.000.000 dan 4000 USD telah diambil atau dicuri oleh para pelaku, termasuk HP milik Security yang disandera juga diambil atau dirampas oleh para pelaku. Korban penembakan mengalami luka tembak tembus di perut bagian tengah hingga perut bagian kanan dan luka masuk di lengan bagian kiri tembus hingga bersarang di dada belakang kiri.

Tim Gabungan Bareskrim dan Polda Bali berhasil mendeteksi dan menangkap 3 orang pelaku. Dari hasil penyelidikan secara intensif secara Scientific Crime Investigation melalui jejak digital, IT, CCTV dan lainnya, diketahui identitas dan keberadaan para pelaku yang merupakan WNA sedang berada di salah satu rumah sewaan yang beralamatkan di di Jalan Jempiring, Desa Ungasan, Kec. Kuta Selatan, Kab. Badung.

Pada hari sabtu tanggal 27 Januari 2024 sekira pukul 08:00 Wita, dilakukan proses penangkapan terhadap para tersangka oleh tim gabungan Dittipidum Bareskrim Polri, Ditreskrimum Polda Bali dan Satreskrim Polres Badung dan dengan bantuan perkuatan pasukan taktis dari Satbrimob Polda Bali, dalam proses penangkapan tersebut diamankan 2 orang tersangka sedang berada di dalam rumah, sedangkan 1 orang tersangka lainnya ditangkap di jalan raya dekat perumahan saat perjalanan kembali ke rumah yang mereka tempati. Ketiga pelaku yaitu, ARAMBURO CONTRERAS JOSE ALFONSO (ACJ), laki-laki 32 tahun, WNA asal Mexico. MAYORQUIN ESCOBEDO JUAN ANTONIO (MJA), laki-laki 24 tahun, WNA asal Mexico. DERAZ GONZALEZ VICTOR EDUARDO (DGV), laki-laki 36 tahun WNA asal Mexico. Sedangkan yang DPO atas nama SICAIROS VALDES ROBERTO (SVR), laki-laki 27 tahun WNA Mexico.

” Perencanaan tersebut dilakukan oleh para pelaku dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan survey beberapa jam sebelum melakukan kejahatannya ke lokasi Villa The Palm House, selain itu para tersangka juga diduga kuat telah menyiapkan senjata api untuk menjalankan aksinya. Kemudian sesaat setelah melakukan kejahatannya para pelaku langsung kabur meninggalkan TKP dan Motif dari kejahatan tersebut berdasarkan hasil sementara proses penyidikan adalah untuk merampas barang berharga milik para korban, sedangkan untuk motif-motif lainnya masih pendalaman pada proses penyidikan” Jelas Kombes Pol Jansen.

Pasal yang dipersangkakan untuk para tersangka yaitu Pasal 340 Jo. 53 KUHPidana tentang tindak pidana melakukan percobaan pembunuhan dengan rencana dengan ancaman hukuman 15 tahun penjara. (Dikurangi sepertiga), Pasal 338 Jo. 53 KUHPidana tentang tindak pidana melakukan percobaan pembunuhan dengan ancaman hukuman 10 tahun penjara. (Dikurangi sepertiga), Pasal 365 ayat (1) dan (2) KUHPidana tentang tindak pidana melakukan pencurian dengan kekerasan/ancaman kekerasan dengan ancaman hukuman 12 tahun penjara, Pasal 368 KUHP tentang tindak pidana memaksa orang lain secara melawan hukum dengan menggunakan kekerasan/ancaman kekerasan untuk memberikan sesuatu diancam dengan ancaman hukuman 9 bulan penjara.

Untuk tersangka yang masih DPO, Saat ini Polda Bali akan menerbitkan Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) terhadap 1 orang tersangka atas nama SICAIROS VALDES ROBERTO serta Menerbitkan Daftar Pencarian Barang Bukti (DPB) terhadap senjata api yang digunakan dan melakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut guna pengembangan terhadap orang-orang yang diduga terlibat/turut membantu para tersangka dalam melancarkan kejahatannya.

“kita akan terus berkoordinasi dengan pihak Imigrasi agar selalu melakukan pengawasan terhadap keluar masuk Bali khususnya orang asing,”Ungkap KBP Jansen. (Tik)

Lebih lanjut Tjok Bagus Pemayun menyampaikan bahwa membangun pariwisata tidak bisa bekerja sendiri, harus melibatkan semua komponen sesuai dengan bidangnya. Seperti saat ini, ia mengajak Telkomsel untuk ikut andil dalam mendata wisatawan khususnya yang berkunjung ke Daya Tarik Wisata. Dengan aplikasi dari telkomsel, pemerintah akan tahu berapa jumlah wisatawan yang datang.

Sementara itu, Manager Digital Solution Telkomsel, Meirani mengatakan, Tekomsel Msight merupakan layanan analisa wisata dari Telkomsel. Salah satunya untuk medeteksi jumlah wisatawan dalam satu objek wisata.

“Aplikasi ini juga mampu menganalisa pola pergerakan manusia dari titik asal (origin) ke suatu titik tujuan (destination) Pemetaan distribusi dan kepadatan populasi di area tertentu berbasis Mobile Positioning Data (MPD). Pengukuran traffic di suatu titik spesifik hingga ke level titik/ pusat keramaian untuk memahami asal dan profil pengunjung lokasi tersebut,” jelasnya. (Tik)
