Badung – Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali pada 7 Februari 2024 menyelenggarakan kegiatan bertajuk Sarasehan Perekonomian Bali bertempat di Grha Tirta Gangga Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali. Kegiatan ini menghadirkan tiga narasumber, yaitu Deputi Kepala Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali, G. A. Diah Utari; Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Bali, I Wayan Wiasthana Ika Putra; dan Direktur Departemen Kebijakan Sistem Pembayaran, Fitria Irmi Triswati.

Deputi Kepala Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali, G. A. Diah Utari memaparkan bahwa di tengah ketidakpastian perekonomian global, kinerja ekonomi nasional dan Bali tetap tumbuh tinggi dengan tingkat inflasi yang tetap terjaga sesuai target sasaran 3%±1%. Pada triwulan IV 2023, perekonomian Bali tumbuh menguat dan tercatat sebesar 5,86% (yoy) atau 5,71% (yoy) untuk keseluruhan tahun 2023, lebih tinggi dari triwulan sebelumnya yang sebesar 5,36% (yoy).

“Level pertumbuhan ekonomi Bali juga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nasional yang tumbuh sebesar 5,04% (yoy) dan Bali menempati peringkat 6 (enam) dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia. Untuk mengakselerasi perekonomian Bali, sektor potensial lain di luar pariwisata perlu didorong, salah satunya sektor pertanian. Sektor pertanian menyumbang sekitar 15% terhadap PDRB Bali, dan mampu menyerap hingga 20% tenaga kerja, serta berperan penting dalam pengendalian inflasi,” papar Diah Utari.

Sub sektor perikanan yang termasuk dalam sektor pertanian juga memiliki pangsa terbesar dan potensi ekspornya cukup tinggi. Namun, pertumbuhan kredit sub sektor ini justru terkontraksi karena dinilai berisiko tinggi, yang tercermin dari tingginya Non Performance Loan (NPL) dan Loan at Risk(LAR). Diversifikasi sumber pertumbuhan di luar pariwisata penting untuk menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan antara kawasan utara dan selatan Bali.

” Saat ini, daerah berbasis pariwisata memiliki pendapatan per kapita per bulan, pengeluaran per bulan, dan intermediasi kredit yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan daerah non pariwisata.,” Katanya.

Lebih lanjut Utari mengatakan bahwa kestabilan harga juga perlu dijaga karena pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mensejahterakan masyarakat harus dibarengi dengan inflasi yang terkendali. Pengendalian inflasi tidak hanya untuk kestabilan harga jangka pendek namun juga jangka panjang dengan membentuk ekosistem rantai distribusi hulu-hilir yang melibatkan Perumda pangan sebagai perpanjangan tangan Pemerintah Daerah.

Upaya untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor potensial memerlukan dukungan kemudahan akses pembiayaan dan dukungan investasi baik melalui perbankan maupun FDI. Oleh karena itu. perlu sinergi seluruh pihak untuk mempromosikan sektor potensial di Provinsi Bali.

Senada dengan Utari, I Wayan Wiasthana Ika Putra selaku Kepala BAPPEDA Provinsi Bali menjelaskan pentingnya inklusivitas bagi masyarakat Bali. Hingga saat ini, isu kesenjangan antar wilayah di Bali bagian selatan dan Bali bagian utara masih menjadi sorotan.

Selanjutnya, Fitria Irmi Triswati selaku Direktur Departemen Kebijakan Sistem Pembayaran menuturkan bahwa digitalisasi pembayaran merupakan kunci untuk mengakselerasi perekonomian Bali yang inklusif. Fakta bahwa transaksi pembayaran digital di tahun 2023 mampu mencapai Rp60,3 triliun atau setara dengan 3 kali Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia. Selain itu, persentase pertumbuhan pembayaran digital sejak tahun 2019 hingga 2023 mencapai 123,1%. Sedangkan salah satu fasilitas pembayaran digital yaitu QRIS juga sudah mampu mengakomodasi transaksi antar negara.(Tik)
